Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other dangerous practices. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used within its intended purpose and must not exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
